         The A.N. ACCURACY AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICE (ANA LSS) established as engineering consulting entity, founded and managed by professionals having relevant technical background, extensive trainings and proven track record on their respective field of practice or expertise. ANA LSS carry out works for surveying and other related geodetic engineering service and to provide comprehensive engineering services in addition with the survey works. Also, the addition of consulting services including property management planning and succession. ANA LSS was established on August 20, 2020 by Engr. Adrian Jan S. Bolipata and Engr. Nellan S. Balili-Bolipata, located at Purok 13, Crossing Quarry, Barangay Tugbok, Davao City.

Since early 2019, A.N. ACCURACY AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICE (ANA LSS) receives clients – individual, company-owned, property owners, and real estate professionals for their real estate properties that require surveying and later, facilitates documentation or transfer of properties by donation of sale or any other conveyance. Due to this continues real estate transactions driven by these clients and the awareness that these clients and the real estate industry has been present since time immemorial. The demand of the industry and in response to the policies that the City of Davao, neighboring cities, municipalities, or provinces, the  DSHUD, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry, the company is Inspired to be part of the pool of licensed Real Estate professionals.

             The A.N. ACCURACY AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES envisions to be one of the leading service providers in the Philippines in the field of surveying, mapping, geodetic engineering-related services, and property management.  

Its mission are the following: 

1. Provides our Clients with exact and reliable survey data and property management portfolio through the conduct of survey and documentation activities in effective and efficient manner; 

2. Survey and administrative staffs are dedicated to provide clients through professional customer service; and 

3. Provides for its personnel, a rewarding and conducive working environment.

Its goal is to provide exact, efficient, and reliable survey and documentation services in the Philippines. To provide quality service.to the customer with an enjoyable, honest service by satisfying them with practical survey-related needs and assist them in managing their real estate investment portfolio.
